When it comes to content management, there’s no one better suited to address the issue than Michele Linn, the Content Marketing Institute’s VP of content — and its very first employee. Since joining CMI in 2010, Michele has managed an astronomical amount of content. In her words: “We have content coming out of our ears.”
It’s a nice problem to have, but it’s still a challenge. Here’s a sneak preview of what you’ll find from her in the upcoming ebook about building content creation teams:
- How CMI evaluates and prioritizes content
- What they look for when they hire content creators and managers
- The number one thing she believes content managers struggle with
- How CMI turns its annual research into a virtual fountain of quality spin-off content
- Michele’s top three take-aways for managing successful teams
She was a real pleasure to interview and I’m sure everyone will appreciate what she has to share. Stay tuned…
